FAQ
Questions? We've got you.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered in 4–8 business days. Shipping is free, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
🎒 Will it fit in my carry-on?
Yes. Let the air out, fold it, and slip it into the included pouch. It packs down small enough for a backpack or personal item.
💨 How do I inflate it?
Open the valve and blow into it until it feels right, then close the valve. Let a little air out if you want it softer.
✈️ Where can I use it?
Anywhere you're sitting with a surface in front of you: a plane tray table, a train table, a car passenger seat (on your lap), or your desk for a quick nap.
🧼 How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air-dry before packing.
↩️ What if it's not for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it. Email us and we'll walk you through the return. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
THE DETAILS
Designed around how you actually sleep
Every curve has a job, from the face opening to the arm tunnels.
- 😌Contoured face opening
Rest your face forward without squishing your nose, and keep breathing easy.
- 🤍Open chest cut-out
Gives you room to breathe and keeps the pillow off your stomach.
- 💨Adjustable air valve
Make it plush or firm in seconds, then let it all out to pack.
GO ANYWHERE
Nap anywhere you sit
If there's a surface in front of you, there's a Puffnap nap waiting.
✈️
Flights
Turn your tray table into a bed on long-haul and red-eye flights.
🚆
Trains
Rest at the table seat on overnight or long rail trips.
🚗
Road trips
Rest it on your lap in the passenger seat.
💻
Desk naps
A 20-minute power nap at work or between classes.
HOW TO USE IT
Puff. Lean. Pack. Done.
1Puff it up
Open the valve and blow into it for a few breaths. Close the valve, then add or let out air until it feels just right.
2Lean in
Set it on your tray table, rest your face in the contoured opening and slide your arms into the sides. Let go and drift off.
3Pack it away
Open the valve, press the air out, fold it flat and slip it into its pouch. Done before the seatbelt sign turns off.
WHY PUFFNAP
Big comfort. Tiny carry-on footprint.
Neck pillows only hold your head from behind. Most people sleep better leaning forward, and Puffnap gives you a soft, cloud-like place to do it: on a plane, a train, or at your desk.
- 😴Face-down without the face-plant
The contoured face opening lets you rest forward and still breathe easy.
- 💪Shoulders finally relax
Tuck your arms through the side openings so nothing hangs into the aisle.
- 🎒Deflates in seconds
Open the valve, roll it up, and drop it in the pouch. It takes almost no room in your bag.

B
I like the product~^^
I plan to purchase more as gifts~
I
It's a system that makes it easy to let air in and out. It's nice because you can sleep face down.
F
Exactly as described. Wonderful pillow for the airplane. Very stable and durable. The inflation valve is reversible. Holds air perfectly. Thrill! A necessary item for overnight flights! Get the black one without a hole at the bottom in the front, like the gray model.
E
It pumps up in just 6 breaths! The valve is great!
S
Quite a convenient and necessary item! I have traveled by bus for more than 24 hours on several occasions and I was missing something like this!
C
Super easy to inflate and deflate, feels like an air mattress and seems durable
Also very comfortable
Fyi: will not work well with anything over the size of a phone landscape facing.
D
It arrived faster than I expected, faster than the estimated delivery date - less than a week. It is made of a thicker material, like that used in inflatable mattresses. It has a smell typical of this type of product. The color is dark, deep, and very nice. It has a safety feature for the valve.
J
Excellent travel pillow, inflates quickly by mouth and is comfortable.
Q
I bought this for my mother, who is bedridden due to illness.
I like it because it's easy to use.
It was originally intended for travel use, but it's being used in a rather useful way.
There was no smell. I guess I'm lucky.
I am satisfied.
J
Comfortable pillow (haven't used it on the road yet). There is a slight smell. Inflates and deflates easily. Weighs 360 grams.
R
I think I can travel comfortably by plane.
I
I think it will be comfortable on the plane haha.
G
PRODUCT conforms to the description
arrived quickly
N
This seems like an excellent purchase. The material is very strong, although a little bit chemical smelling. I’m hoping that will dissipate. I think it will work really well on a plane that i have to try it first to be sure.
M
Easy to inflate with sturdy materials. Just what i needed.
O
Looks good, but haven't used it yet.
A
The inflatable travel pillow looks promising for the next trip to europe. I did not try this one but i hope for the future.
T
The product is quite suitable for its intended purposes. It has a rather strong smell like an inflatable mattress, but after washing it smells much less and has not come apart.
F
It arrived quickly and in good condition. Thank you.
G
Easy to use, inflates very quickly and easily.
W
The product arrived within the specified time.
Well packaged and in good condition. When you open it, it unfolds and inflates easily; it's better not to put in too much air because it becomes very rigid, but you can inflate it just enough to make it comfortable and allow you to rest.
I recommend it and for the cost it's worth it.
